That’s enough about mistakes.  What should be done if your leader fails?

Sometimes we can feel so threatened and powerless when a leader fails.  It can really rock our world.  Maybe it challenges our sense of security because we ask ourselves; can we keep working for the same leader?  This is especially true if it is a church leader.  And it is true for people who are meek.  What should we do?  Surely as Christians, God doesn’t advocate rebellion.  Does that mean we should just leave, capitulate and give up?  And it's not just about leaders is it, its about co-workers too.
